This policy explains how Urban Hub S.R.L. collects and processes the personal data of visitors to urbanhub.city, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Quote-form data: name, phone, email, project type, area and any details you provide voluntarily.
Technical / analytics data: via Google Analytics, only with your consent — IP address (anonymised), device type, pages visited, visit duration.
03Purpose and legal basis
Responding to your request and preparing a quote — basis: pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Analytics and site improvement — basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time.
04How long we keep data
Form data is kept for the duration of the business relationship and afterwards as required by law (typically up to 5 years). Analytics data is kept per Google Analytics settings (up to 14 months).
05Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. It is processed through service providers acting as processors:
Formspree (USA) — receiving and delivering the quote form.
Google Analytics (Google Ireland) — traffic statistics, only with your consent.
Netlify — website hosting.
